Science Party Terms and Conditions *I agree to Dr Chris Education Ts & Cs A deposit must be paid upon booking your party otherwise booking will not be guaranteed. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable. However, if Dr Chris Education are to cancel the Birthday Party as per the NSW Health Dept guidelines, Dr Chris Education will refund the paid amount, excluding any costs already incurred. Booking parent is liable for any damage to equipment or premises made by guests. Delays over 30 minutes may incur an additional fee of $150. All medication needed and allergies must be declared. Whilst every measure will be taken by Dr Chris Education to prevent physical injury, this is still a potential risk of participation. I hereby indemnify Dr Chris Education or its staff against any claim by me on behalf of the above-named child in relation to any injury sustained to my child's person or any damage sustained to their property. Should a child require medical assistance or hospital treatment, I hereby authorise the Dr Chris Education staff to obtain this assistance if needed.
